The Northeast DAS & Small Cell Forum (NEDAS) has announced the dates for its highly anticipated Fall Conference, taking place on October 2, 2013 at the Kellogg Conference Hotel at Gallaudet University in Washington D.C. The association is currently seeking to fortify its list of confirmed speakers, which includes Aaron Cunningham of A&T Mobility Services, Miles Mattingly of AT&T Antenna Solutions Group, Ahmed Abogendia of ATEC Wireless, Walter Cannon of Metro Network Services, Ken Wedholm of STEALTH®, and Doug Fishman of SQUAN. These industry thought leaders will share their insights regarding the ‘The Era of Convergence’ as well as the growing demand for access to more content and the ability to share this content from nearly anywhere.
According to Researchmoz, DAS, Small Cell and Wi-Fi deployments are expected to carry more than 60% of all mobile network data traffic by 2020. This desire for continued connectivity and endless amounts of data is forcing the industry to improve upon current infrastructure and industry standards. NEDAS is looking towards the future, providing a positive, nonpartisan and invigorating platform for the innovation of DAS and Small Cell technology.
The Fall Conference will bring together some of the industry’s most prominent professionals and end-users. In addition to fostering an environment of networking, socialization and collaboration, the conference will also provide real-world insights and solutions to implementing hybrid wireless systems to meet today’s in-building and intra-community converging communication needs.
The deadline for speaking submissions is September 1, 2013. If you wish to submit a speaking proposal, please visit www.surveymonkey.com/s/Fall2013NEDAS.
